January and February kept us busy and we already have a full schedule for March. 6 homes under contract and 3 closings are just a start to everything we were up to. Team Trimble won 4 Keller Williams Lake Country Market Center Awards including #2 in volume and units sold in 2022 and #1 most influential admin. for our commitment to the success of others. Bethany was hustling through the winter and capped in January. She also hosted another Homebuyer Happy Hour at Camp Bar in the Third Ward to share all her first time homebuyer tips. We started 2023 with a focus on providing even more value than ever and sent out tons of important information in our monthly newsletter, lakeside magazine and home seller valuations and much more!
