About Karen Trimble
I have been a long time resident of the Lake Country area, this is where we raised our three kids and is a place I hold very dear. Prior to starting my real estate business and launching Team Trimble, I served a six-year term as the School Board President at the top performing school in Wisconsin. During my tenure in that role, it was a tumultuous time for public education in our state, yet I was able to navigate and lead the board through regulations implemented by the state which affected our school and our teachers. Although we didn’t always agree, the teaching and administrative staff always respected my thoughtful approach to handling the many challenging decisions we needed to make as a board in order to achieve a mutually positive outcome for our school. I was also integral in leading the team in continuous improvement initiatives and in hiring our top administration during this time. I am also involved in several charitable organizations including being a board member of the Digestive Disease Center, and a regular volunteer/contributor for Prevent Blindness Wisconsin, the I Back Jack Organization, Ann’s Hope, Camp Whitcomb, Gold in September and chairing the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life over the years.I began my real estate career a little over 6 years ago. In that time, I have been awarded Rookie of the year, the Five Star Rising Star award, as well as a Gold Level award from the Keller Williams Company. In 2015, I was named the number one individual sales agent of the Keller Williams North Shore office, recognizing my achievement of reaching over 17 million dollars in sales. In 2016, I launched Team Trimble Real Estate and assembled a group of multi-disciplined professionals including real estate agents, marketing experts, operational folks, and staging, photography/video partners. We love and live in Lake Country and we are one of the top performing teams in all of the Metro MLS and in Waukesha County. In 2020, we sold more than $81 million real estate and helped more than 75 clients realize their goals.
