Congratulations to Bethany and her clients! Her summer has been filled to the brim with showings, listings, open houses, offer writing, offer receiving, evaluating and negotiating, closings, and celebrating so many wins for her clients!

This past week, was a perfect example with a closing for her first-time homebuyers on Thursday.

They had been renting and were tired of building their landlord’s wealth, and were on the hunt to find a home of their own. They made a connection with Bethany through their pups and seeing each other out and about in the Third Ward. They had been working with another agent previously and didn’t feel like they were being taken care of. Bethany to the rescue! They are now happy as can be in their new home. Tux loves it too!
