FINALLY

We are so excited for our sweet clients, who are now under contract with their first home! Whew, the clock has been ticking as they searched over several desired areas to find a home suitable for their very important height requirements (when you are closing on 7′ tall, making sure you fit in the shower and ceiling fans won’t hit you on the noggin’ is kinda important), and timing to be settled in before Baby On Board is delivered!

Some disappointments along the way, but in the end, they landed exactly in the right place! If you’re considering buying in 2023, give Karen a call, her wisdom and expert guidance will be your secret sauce to find and buy your first, next, or last home!
