Lake Country experienced a banner year for lake home sales in 2022, with some of the highest single sales on record, led by a $15 million sale on Pine, $7 million sale on Beaver, $6.7 million on Oconomowoc, and $4.8 million on Pewaukee. In 2022 the value of a home on average was 124% more than it was in 2018 on average.
It’s astonishing to see how much these local lake home prices have changed since the metro-Milwaukee MLS began tracking it in 1995. The lakes we’re looking at include Beaver, Fowler, Lac la Belle, Lower Nashotah, Lower Nemahbin, Moose, Nagawicka, North, Oconomowoc, Okauchee, Pewaukee, Pine, Silver, Upper Nashotah and Upper Nemahbin.
